For heads, SVT-4Pro, SVP-CL with power amp, Mesa Titan, Aggie DB750. Those are all good. I'm not as keen on my SVT heads with effects, actually. I like hybrid amps for all that stuff. B-15 is kind of cool, though.

For cabs, I think an SVT-410 HLF does REALLY REALLY well with effects, as does a Mesa Vintage Powerhouse 8 x 10. You just crack the tweeter on those cabs to a very low level, and that extra "zing" you get with a fuzz is radical. I tried an Aggie DB810, and it was monsterous for F/X as well, very similar to Mesa cab, actually.
