Sign in to disble this ad
Ok, so we all know your known for your tone, and I know you use your Bass Pod Xt Live as a backup rig. So have you ever thought about sharing your tone library with the pod user community? Do you already? Would be be able to just search your user name?

Playing some big gigs soon, so would love a touch of JMJ magic at my feet!

Hi there,

Not really inclined to share my settings, but thanks for asking. Mainly 'cuz it's too much work for me. But also because they probably won't mean anything to you, since they're so tailored to certain basses/songs.

As a guy who's often bled Justin for info on gear, I understand the thinking. But even though I usually end up liking stuff he recommends, the settings he uses on his gear are meaningless to me because I'm not really chasing his tones, nor do I have anything even close to his signal path. You need to create some Kyral magic, bro, not just re-create Justin magic

True true, but cant blaim a guy for asking. Really digging the Studio Tone amp head plugged into my Ashdown 210; with my thunderbird. Problem is I dont use amps live, just my pod and the monitors (bad idea?) so I need to spend studio time selecting the right speaker and mic combo.

It's not a bad idea to do the Pod/monitor thing if you like it. I'm not a big fan of doing it, but if it works, it works.
