blend pedals etc

Hey Justin,

You seem like the man who might be able to help me. :P

I'm looking for a blend loop pedal so that I can blend my dry bass sound with my blackstar drive valve distortion pedal...

I've come across a few and some of the guys on here have suggested some. These are the Boss LS-2, Radial Big Shot Mix, Barg Concepts and a passive one made my a UK company...

I'm not sure which to go with as I've read so much info on them now.. Are there any on their you would suggest that I steer well away of?

There also seems to be plus and minus points about true bypass and not true bypass... the one from the UK is completely passive and the guy has mentioned it loses volume when going towards 50/50 blend.. would a micro gain solve this problem?

Any help you can offer would be rad,

Cheers

I don't have experience with such devices. I'm presuming someone else will chime in, but if I was you, I'd post over in Effects.

Nothing wrong with Radial stuff, that's where I'd immediately go, if I was looking for this.
