How do you like the Custom shop fender jazz basses. I am thinking about getting one.
How does it play and sound over a normal mia jazz.

I have one. It's great. Got it done for me in '98. I dunno, I think it just feels better...more groovy. More worn in, more solid. Tonally I don't know. Probably just a bit more rich and sophisticated.

Hmm that may be what I want to do then. I care about tone a lot but im more of a feel player and even if a bass sounds great put plays like a p.o.s. I wouldnt buy.
