I'm not sure what's idiotic about trying to be innovative in crafting an instrument. I'll grant you, however, that he doesn't have a clue how to properly demo one, and certainly comes off as rather pretentious in his description. |

If others have found something better to do with it, or something like it, good for them. Let's give them credit. I still think that guy is a first-rate idiot.
If that performance was meant to be some kind of comedy or satire, I would credit him with a kind of genius. It is clear that he had no such intention, however.
