I'm not sure how I feel about the Axiom and Sara's Blackberry in the shot. I'm pretty opinionated in my preference of Akai and iPhone generally, but I trust your ability to overcome and excel as producer. :^P

All goofing aside, I can't wait to hear the result of this collaboration!!

Plus, I like your bass playing better than Elizondo, and I think your keyboard collection is a little cooler. Buuuuuuut... He did do some cool stuff with Fiona Apple, so he might have you there. :^P

I'm sorry. I hope I'm actually being funny. :^)

And it really is no contest because Jon Brion did lots of good work with Fiona, has a really really weird keyboard collection, and is a pretty hip bass player... So I'm not getting any more funny!

All these posts were a terrible idea!! :^D

Awesome, JMJ!

Btw, beautiful Lanica you just posted on Twitter. Is that yours? I worked in a Fiat and Lancia car dealership outside of Paris for a summer. Those vintage Lancias are incredible.

I know you're big time and all - but what exactly does a music producer do?

"He has mad style" - I like that.

And Dan, I think you need to back off on your coffee intake

You guys iz funnies.

Music producer = not sure exactly. Provide tasty snacks?

Yes, that Lancia is mine....I have a red one as well that I've purchased for parts, but it runs so well that it's not fair to part it out. So that one is about to be for sale. But I adore these cars so very much. Parts are so challenging to find (and expensive - lots of international shipping), but that becomes part of the game.

Have a nice weekend everybody! I'm in studio lockdown, but having a nice one.

J
