A Depth Charge mixed with some upper octave harmonization from a TC G-Force. Also, a noise gate.

How about the outro? When I saw the NIN/JA tour in Toronto (great show btw), at some point in the arrangement you switched to keys and I thought I heard some modwheel resonator action on the bass riff...

That's just me messing about with parameters on the synth stuff that I programmed.
