thanks, justin.
i'm surprised you never crossed paths with jim dickinson as well before he passed. i cut some tracks at his studio, zebra ranch, recently with shannon mcnally and hot sauce and with eric deaton. you should check them both out. amazing roots music and hill country boogie. jim's sons are the north miss. allstars. jimbo mathus, formerly of squirrel nut zippers, is here too. his latest album, jimmy the kid, is amazing.
were you working on a fischerspooner record at sweet tea? i've cut some tracks there. my buddy/ bandmate tom queyja has engineered for dennis for years. he engineered the last modest mouse record they cut there.
also, since you collect vintage gear you may be interested in my buddy mike gillentine's shop, main st. vintage guitars.

he's done custom builds, repairs, etc. for gary tallent, tom peterson, johnny marr, jack white and a bunch of other folks. there's a 60s p bass and several hollowbodies there right now with your name all over them!
thanks for your response, tony
