octave pedal

Hi Justin,

I'm looking for a great octave pedal and I figured you'd be the guy to ask. I want something that can double below as well as above the normal tone. Also, it'd be great to be able to just use the lower or higher octave...and not the normal one. Cost is a bit of an issue...but maybe I could try to buy used....

Is there anything out there you'd recomend?

Thanks a lot!

I don't know of anything that doubles below AND above, other than a Whammy. I like a Boss OC-2. Dirty and pleasing to the ear.

Micro Pog or Octron will do above and below but the octron isn't a clean octave above but it does have more mojo than the Micro Pog

The OC-2's a bit unpredictable, but not in an especially bad way. The two-octave-down knob on mine never gets used though - wish it was a one-octave-up.

Anyone know if that can be modded?
