Stage volume

I play with R & B Funk band and my stage volume is sometimes too loud , but I have a need to feel bottom and top end what should I do to keep us all happy?

Make sure you have some speaker cab that's pointed at your head, not just your legs.

Also, add midrange. You probably just need to hear more "note", because the more bottom and top you add, the more that gets in the way of everyone else.

The maxim should be: "If you can't hear every single other player around you, you're probably too loud". If everyone applied that, you'd have a great stage mix.
