suggestions for an emerging band?

hi JMJ,

first of all, if the topic somehow doesn't apply to the rules of the forum, I apologize for that, and just delete/block/... it.

let's get to the point:
me and my band have been working on our material a lot and we have now self produced 10 tracks and we were wondering what our next step should be.
we are from Italy, so all the touring part (which I think is the most important thing to get noticed) is kinda hard to organize from here.

we are not sure whether or not we should try seeking for a manager/producer/label (the latter... well, looks like most of them only accept solicited material) and how to actually FIND one of thos figures.

we have also self-produced a videoclip which I really believe lives up to the television quality standards (would it be insanely bold asking to get an opinion on that from you by providing the link via PM?).

what would you suggest the next step to be?
