3/4, 4/4 size bow?

Here's a stupid question from a guy who's been playing bass for 20 years:

Are bass bows made according to the standard bass sizes, ie 1/2, 3/4, 4/4?

I've seen bows listed on e-bay (not that would ever buy a bow on e-bay ) this way, but other than shorter bows for young students, it never occurred that their might be a distinction between 3/4 and 4/4.

Enlighten me, please.

Bows vary in length and weight at the discretion of the maker, but they are not categorized as 1/2, 3/4, etc.
