Bow problem

Hey guys,

I have a finale German bow that when is fully tightened the hair in the center of the bow touches the stick when playing. When it is fully tightened it still has a nice curve in it so its not over tightened. Any reason why this is and what I should do?

Sounds like the hair is stretched out and needs to be replaced.
