Bowstick SHIFTS while playing

My gf's bow just got rehaired by an extremely famous American luthier shop and the stick now twists when she plays it.

Thoughts?

That's true. and I didn't mean to blab the name of the guy that did this, I just meant that by the your description we don't really have any sort of idea as to what could be wrong with the bow.

The problem was, the company was on a tour, going from school to school doing repair work, and they already left a few days ago.

All is well though, as the problem was resolved. Thanks for the feedback. Sorry for being vague.
