Can you ID this bow?

I'll post pictures soon but..

Does anyone know who made this bow?
-has \\V or IIV inscribed on bottom of stick (Frog has to be taken off to see it).
-Has an unusually small tip, but the rest of the bow, including the frog is usual bass bow size.
So the width of hair at the frog is normal bass bow width, but it is significantly narrow at the tip. Why did anyone make a bow this way?

I don't know if it's even worth re-hairing to see how it plays.

My new camera takes high res pics and I can't figure out how to make the photo size small enough to upload them here. I'll try to figure that out. I'm technologically challenged when it comes to computers.

After getting some of the old rosin off of the hair and applying fresh rosin, the bow sounds pretty decent. But the hair is real old and brittle. I think I'll get it rehaired and see how it sounds.

If anyone is familiar with the marking on the bow, please let me know.
