David Russell Young Bows

Does anyone have any experience or knowledge about bows made by David Russell Young? I'm borrowing a French bow from a former teacher, and it feels and sounds pretty nice, but I wanted to get some information about the maker.

After some Googling, I found out he wrote a book about guitar-making, and won some awards for his violin/viola/cello bows, but couldn't find anything about his bass bows. Anyone?

I saw a guitar of his back around 1980 or so, incredible work of art. Didn't know he made bows.
