Heard of this bow?

I'm auditioning a French bow stamped *H Walter Zapp* on the side of the stick above the frog(with those asterisks) and Germany on the underside of the stick behind the frog. I've searched this site and Google and can't find anything.
It's long, 70 1/2cm from tip to end of stick(ican't remember how you're supposed to measure bow length). It's light 127 grms and the tip is much smaller and thinner than other bows. I like the way it plays, nice balance, great sound but not as loud as others. Was wondering if anyone had heard of or seen these bows. Thanks for your help.
Bobby
