Where can I find an INEXPENSIVE bow?

Bob G sells affordable ones that have rec'd kudos, I see his ad to my left. As does Upton.

If you *really* don't care about quality, and won't use it long enough to need a rehair, they can be got on eBay for, and I'm not kidding, $25. Real wood. Real, authentic, genuine faux Mongolian horse hair (I added the "faux" part, but they claim to be Mongolian horse hair, I doubt it but don't care much - it works). I got one. It's better than the one I got from David Gage for $150.

I had an eBay wooden bow for a couple of years. I didnt' do much with it, but when I needed it, it was fine. My teacher even approved of it. When I upgraded later, the new one was clearly better.

I think I paid around $50 for it and sold it to a classical percussionist for about $25 when I was done so that she could play vibes with it. (didn't know they did such things)

The violinist in our group swears by those Ebay sticks... ten buck a pop for violin. He doesn't even rehair them, he just gives 'em away and busts out a new one.

I've been using a cheapo Meisel that I got for about $150 from Lemur ages ago. Works fine.
