Joseph Richter bass bow value?

I recently purchase a German bass and it came with a bow. I now have three bows and only need one. I am trying to research what the fair value is for this bow. It is a signed Joseph Richter round bow with ebony frog, light colored hair and pearl inlay. It is in great condition. I know very little about bows so any ideas about how to date it, identify it or sell it, please let me know.

Thank you.

Ideal in New York sells these currently. My kid's teacher said it plays like a $2000 bow.
