paulus bow?

hi guys,
just wondering if anyone has heard of or owns a paulus bow. i just got it valued at 16,000, which is ironic as it's a heavy, unevenly weighted french bow that is almost impossible to play with. More ironic is i got it thrown in with my old 1,000 bass in a little town in tasmania! Any info would be fantastic thanks.

There are about a dozen bow makers with that name.
Most are german, but one is Potsdam Prussia, working in
the late 18th century. A first name or an approximate
age is required to say any more.
