| Positive Experience With Gollihur re: Bow

I'm kind of a newbie on the DB side over here, but I wanted to relate a positive experience I recently had with Bob Gollihur's shop.
A couple of weeks ago, I bought a Fiberglas German bow (I believe the maker is Glasser -- it had a little "G" on the frog). Anyway, after playing it for a week, a problem developed with the tensioner. It gradually became harder and harder to tighten and loosen the hair -- eventually, the hair was stuck in the "tensioned" position. I could still use the bow, but couldn't loosen the hair afterwards.
I returned it to Gollihur, and Mark Gollihur approved a replacement the very next day (it is now on its way to me).
In all, A-pluses for the attentiveness and speed with which they handled this. The fact is, the problem may have even been my fault (I may have over-cranked the screw, who knows).
They have a customer for life, and I just felt like this sort of good work deserved mentioned here on TB.
