Purchasing Sticks Only?

Is there any luthier or company which sells bow sticks on it own? As in without frog, tip, wrapping, etc...

There are companies that sell pernambuco for making bows, but I've never heard of anyone selling the finished stick sans frog etc. When making a bow, the stick and frog are made as a pair. I've got a drawer full of old bass bow frogs and it would be very difficult to find two that are the same.
