Quiver Creaking

My quiver is creaking against the tailpiece when I play piz - it's driving me nuts!

Does anyone else have this problem?

Yeah, quivers can be obnoxious.
Try tying it so the bottom string is tied on to ONE side of one of the tailpiece cable, and so it's tight enough to support all the weight of the quiver, then tie the top string so it just holds the quiver in place. This way the quiver should just sorta hang and not be too disruptive.
