Raposo, or something comparable...

So, I'm checking out some Marco Raposo bows and was wondering if anyone who has tried the Raposos would suggest any other comparable bows (under $1k) I might want to try before I make a decision.

I don't know if you're still searching for a bow but I got a G. Werner bow from David Gage. It was great and when I shopped for bows I didn't want to know the prices because I didn't want that to affect my decision. I passed up a couple of Raposo bows for this and it ended up only being $550.
