Re-hair in NY area

Does anybody recommend someplace for a re-hair in the greater NYC area? Thanks in advance.

I and many NYC bassists send our bows by FedEx to Sue Lipkins, in Woodstock. She is one of the great living bowmakers, and her rehairs are reasonable and top notch.

David Gage in lower Manhattan. His shop is a wonder to walk into. They do everything.

You won't want to leave. They may have to throw you out.

I used to use Jose DaCuhna and he was terrific. He moved to Florida and the guy who took over his business also seems great. Willey, I think Greg is his first name. He's on Brdway up by Lincoln center. 212-713-0027. I just got a rehair from him a few months ago.

I went to Sue Lipkins, and I highly recommend her to all. Thanks for the input.
