They are all over Oklahoma. Tom runs his shop down in the metropolis of Coalgate, OK, in the Little Dixie area (SE OK). I play German and have had one of his for a long time, and all I can say about it is he should be charging more. Mark Osborn of the OKC Phil. and bass teacher at OU has a Tom Owen french that he uses as his main bow.
I can certainly say I've never played a bow under $2000 that I like as much as my octagonal stick. At that price, most bows are factory jobs, but Tom is a real live guy and very nice to deal with.
