V V bow

i just got a german bass bow from a shop in aspen colorado. it has black horse hair, i believe its permanbucco and has an ebony frog with pearl (mother of pearl?) inlays. it has a V V carving under the frog. does anyone know if thats the luthier, and if they know who made it if thats the case. i also only paid 90 bucks for it so its great light controlable bow.
beats my 60 dollar ebay bow by a crap load.
