==Series Phantom Power?==

Howdy.

Planning pro sound for my next project.

Dumb question.. does it work to fire 2 phantom power boxes in series?

Bass=>MXR M-80 DI=>Rolls PM351=>Phantom Module.

I am aware part of this depends on which conductor is sending the power etc.

part of me would say that the DI box would isolate.

The DI box does isolate, and furthermore on a typical DI box there's only one 3-pin connector. Meaning only the unit closest to the mixer would even have a wire connecting to the phantom power.
