Alto RMX2408 DFX 2000W

I have a chance to pick one of these up for cheap. Can you guys give an opinion of them?

I've heard good things about them. The effects section is made by Alesis.
Musician's Friend had it as their Stupid Deal of The Day today for $299.99 (regular price is $999.99)
I went to order one about 6am (an hout after the e'mail went out) and they were already sold out.
