Bass guitar through this PA?

So I got this for use in my band:

I wanted to know if it'd be okay to plug in my bass and use the speakers with it. I know you can't plug in a bass to a guitar amp, and I was wondering if this is the same.

(Sorry if this is a noob question, which it probably is...)

Not the best choice for FOH bass reinforcement IMO. Use your backline and dedicate the new PA to vocals as best you can.

no, you're in the right thread.

that little set would be OK for really quiet bass playing, but nothing with a drummer involved.
