Blue Thunder -> PA

Rocktron Blue Thunder doesn't have XLR output - will it be ok to run it directly into the PA?

If i have a chance to buy Tech21 BDDI or Rocktron Blue Thunder for same money (200 euros), which one do you suggest I take?
