First and foremost, the bass has to sound good in my ears. I've been back and forth with the in ears. I used a Nady system, lots of white noise and interferance, and I used a Sennheiser, no bottom end, both with Shure E5s (I was told). In the past I always found myself with one bud out to hear my stage amp. I have been checking into the Frequencey responses of the recievers (I am a part time musician so I'm looking for the best value), the Carvin 900s start at 20hz, Shure 400s also start at 20hz, Shure 200s at 30hz, Sennheiser 300s at 50hz.
I know there was an earlier post showing the Carvins to be working well, thats they way I'm leaning, and I've yet to hear any negatives about the 900s. Any other input would be great.
