How to share wonderful tour video with you?

Hi, guys.
I just pay a visit to National Yellowstone Forest Park.
I take so many videos by my DV.
What a marvel here. It is my pleasure to share the beautiful nature with all of you and world people.
However,
how can i convert avi to swf and upload them to web?

Why do you want to convert them to .swf? Here are the video formats accepted by YouTube:

well, i'm confused. i've tried to upload .swf to Youtube but there is an error: can't convert the file. so Youtube can't not convert swf file itself, if you need to upload video to Youtube you'd better convert swf to flv (h.264) which is recommended.
