To begin with, why are you buying the Sans Amp? For that matter, why'd you buy a sonic maximizer?

If he's like me ([sarcasm] and, who isn't? [/sarcasm]) he might like the response he gets from the crowd when he strategically toggles it on in certain passages.

I have no idea why you want all that stuff mucking up your sound, but I can answer the wireless question pretty easily...X2.

Well, the biggest potential problem with buying a wireless right now is that the FCC just changed the rules concerning the frequency ranges that most wireless units use (but won't tell us what they are). There's a very real possibility that within a year or two, those frequencies that most wireless units operate on will be taken up by something else, rendering them unusable.

Or it might be 5 years. But you probably shouldn't buy an expensive (but good sounding) wireless thinking that you'll get years of use out of it, because that is likely not the case.

X2's aren't in the range of freqs that are threatened currently. And they're relatively cheap.

Hi.

Welcome to TalkBass.

Well the Furman unit obviously is a power strip which feeds the other equipment.

The tuner connects to the tuner out in the amp.

The FXs connect to the FX loop.

The wireless, well, just remember to bring a spare cord or a two .

Regards
Sam
