Hey were a new band starting out and I'm a bass player and was wondering what would be the best cab and head to get at a low price ? I have been looking and I found BEHRINGER BX4500H - Thomann UK Cyberstore and that seams pretty good ?

Behringer is the bottom of the barrel. Go up a notch to Peavey or Carvin.

^^^What he said.

If money is an issue, look at used equipment here on the TB classifieds. There's a lot of good deals and the vast majority of us are honest and easy to deal with. Fairly reasonably priced too.

Behringer is perfect gear for those who don't know how to spell.

Don't get the Behringer. Sometimes you can get lucky and their products won't break in the first 2 months... most of the time they are DOA. To boot, other musicians won't take you seriously with that kind of gear.
Go used, it's the only way. Look at Hartke stuff, great tones (Victor Wooten is one of their main players), great prices, GREAT customer service. You post a thread here on a Hartke amp getting scratchy and the CEO himself will give you his cell phone number.
Search for Hartke HA2500, and a matching Hartke XL series or Hydrive 4x10 to match. I prefer having two 2x10 Hartke's. Good luck! Remember to check ALL your local music store's used sections, and the classifieds here.
