Here's the thing. I also sing, so my "more me" section needs to have the ability to control both my bass and my vocal in my IEM. The Rolls 351 also seems to be an option.

How about some suggestions for a limiter that I can patch into my mixer?
I'm sure you have a much better understanding of what you're trying to accomplish than I, but the HB2 suggestion is a "limiter that [you] can patch into your mixer". You'd go stereo mix out of your Yamaha into the HB2 and then out of the HB2 to your ears.

You wouldn't use the "more me" levels on the HB2 at all. Your mix would be handled at the Yamaha, then the limiting would be handled by the HB2 before the mix reached your ears. In addition to the Limiter level, there's a Volume level on the HB2, so you can set a safe level there, too.

That said, feel free to slap me if there's a technical aspect I'm missing.

Nah, that actually makes perfect sense and is probably the best idea yet. I've been using the headphone out on the Yamaha mixer, but only in the bandroom in a VERY controlled (by me) environment.
Patching the mixer into the HB2 and then controlling the mix from the board is a great idea.
You've probably solved my dilemma.

Will this be the solution for limiting the output of the Rolls pm351?

Hmm... I'm interested. Might work but not ideal. Kinda like using one of those airline attenuators.
