Yeah definatley go with 1202 or better mixer...stay away from the one you posted a link to, (the phantom power blew up my power amp...still not sure how). As for the headphone amp, the one you posted should work just fine, I personally like my presonus one, but not sure of the price difference.
also check musicians friend for the headphone amps, they often have deals where you can pick up an amp and 2 or 4 sets of ok headphones for 150-200.
