So I recently saw Skeletonwitch play at Toads Place, Lillys Pad respectively. the show was in New Haven, CT. He had a Ric through an ampeg 8x10 and an SVT head. It was honestly the best bass tone I have ever heard. The moment I saw his bass I flipped out, and then I heard his tone. It was so burton/al cisneros esque I almost wet myself.

There was also no stage and the venue was the smaller version of the downstairs one so everyone at the show, maybe 30 max, got to be super close to the bands. Excellent venue, highly recommend it.

has anyone else seen them recently?
