Upgrade recommendation for the PSM200

What would be a good upgrade to the PSM200 in-ears system. I already upgraded the earphones to Westone UM2s. Looking for a system with better sound quality. What do you recommend for an upgrade? Was looking at the Sennheiser EW300 - G3 system for under $1k.

M-Audio IE-20 or IE-30. I've had both and like both. The IE30s are a bit more expensive, but also a bit more compact. They both have replaceable cables, in case of cable failure.

Sorry, my thread was clear as mud. Actually looking for a system to upgrade to. I like the Westones fine. I clarified the thread.

i just picked up the sennheiser g3 system for a client while on tour,
it is absolutely fantastic.
used the previous sennheiser system with another client on the road for 2 years without issue.
new system has 5 band parametric built in, plus the ear bud cable is also part of the receiver antenna now...
if i'm not mistaken they are offering to take your old system (any make)
and discount if you upgrade.
i'll vouch for the g3 any day.
