v-4 question

i have a early to mid 70's v-4 and it has no line out.is there a way to run it through the p.a without miking it, or do i have to use a mic?

The 1/4" output labeled "Ext.amp" on the rear panel is a preamp-level output. (my V4 has a volume control knob for this jack thats located right above) You can connect this Ext.amp jack directly to the mixer, or connect it through a DI box to the mixer instead.
