Wanting to going IEM: Tasty Blender?

Considering going IEM to hear myself better being in a loud band. Looking for a wired solution and I find Rock on Audio's Tasty Blender for a wired solution to mix more me and a PA send of the full band, but has a built in limiter for IEM.

Anyone have experience with Tasty Blender?

Advice appreciated and already practice with TF10s running in custom molds

Thanks...I've seen your posts and recomendations on these two. So what eaxactly is the chain using both the Rolls and Shure togther? None of the threads I've seen really spell it out. At least it is not entirely clear to me what the chain is.
