Hi! This might be a noob question...I don't know! Why does my bass sometimes sound awesome and other times sounds like this throuh a PA: http://www.gearwire.com/warwick-stua...e-wnamm09.html


Where does all the treble come from? Is it just EQ or does it have anything to do with gear, like innapropriate impedance or something (I don't have a clue of what I'm talking about, just hinting). It could just be the bass but why would it sound great as soon as I plug it in sometimes?

My setup (as I connect it to PA's) is simple:

-warwick streamer stage one V w/ MEC pups and SD basslines preamp
-boss tu-2 tuner
-sansamp bass driver di

I would guess the sound guy is the culprit, but I really don't know.
