4 fingers play

any comment on playing strings with 4 fingers (right hand):
thumb for E, index for A, middle for D, ring for G.

The bass is not a classic guitar. It's just like playing with one finger, except that you use different fingers for each string, making it harder and producing different tone due to different strength in fingers.

Unless of course you play songs that should be played on a classical guitar.

Hi Bull, do u have SR500? Do u know if 36" string is long enough for SR500. thanks!

It's got a 34" neck, I think it'll fit.

I though u have SR500. sorry!

Back to the topic, I find it is not so ideal to bend with ring finger at G. I 'm trying to practice it because using 4 fingers, I think, is good to mute the strings.

thanks anyway. I have SR505 and want to change flatwound so want to make sure the string scale length...... have u re-strung it before?
