What exactly do you mean? Do you want to learn how to shift between different levels of attack?
I think good excersises may be:
- Triplets - accent (hard attack) the first note in the triplet (ONE-trip-let, TWO-trip-let etc)
- Off-beat - play only on the off beat, and accent/attack it hard.

Do you mean which beats in 4/4 are accented? Usually the two and four beats are accented for blues, rock, etc. but for reggae, the accents is on the one and three beats.
