When I slap my strings, I get this annoying harmonic the second time if the string's vibrating already. Hasanyone else had this problem, if so how do you fix it.

You might be hitting the string at a harmonic near the bridge, have you tried slapping slightly forward or backward from your normal position? Slapping excessivly hard or extremely soft could also be an issue.

I hit on the neck, the bridge doesn't make the harmonic though. How would force change anything?
Is it possible you are dropping a finger down and lightly touching the string over the fret with your left hand before striking it again? If you hold your fingers very low that can happen.
if the harmonic is from the string you have slapped, youre probably lifting your fretting finger up to the height and place where one who intentionally go to hit a harmonic instead of completely lifting your finger up (or just not being quick enough or getting the timing dead on).
if the harmonic is not from the string you are slapping, its a muting issue.
