not sure if this is in the right section but anyway...

i fractured my pinky on my left hand and thumb on my right hand like 3 or 4 years ago.

occasionally they can hurt when i play bass and guitar, but seem to kinda getting better.

will this hold back my potential? or is someone in a similiar position and had some herbal stuff or suggest exercising to get my fingers back to normal?

thanks

Bengay.... I broke my ankle playing hockey and whenever I walk a lot or it rains it hurts pretty bad.. if you rub bengay on it.. you'll be set.
