Hi, folks! I was wondering does anybody do any specific exercises for the hands and finger before playing ( like a warm-up ) using techniques similar to Greg Irwin's finger exercise, for example, or apparatus such as rubber rings ( looks like a bagel, but it's not

grip strengtheners, chinese balls, etc. If somebody actually does use these thing-a-ma-jigs, please share your methods and ways of implementing it into a practice routine!XD
