This is a video of Jerry Leake playing the permutations of bell patterns in his book african bell ritual.
I've posted this up because I got this book and worked through this stuff about a year or two ago and it REALLY improved my rhythmic awareness and it's really interesting stuff.
It has stuff in odd time signatures too, like 5/4, 7/4 and 9/4, which is really useful for getting a natural feel in those signatures.
