I've been playing pretty aggressive music lately, and I noticed the increase in fret buzz. Is this too much? I LOVE fret buzz but it seems that when I play like this the buzz is overpowering the actual notes. Some tips on proper left and right hand technique for playing this kind of music would be great. EDIT: Does it sound like user error or setup to you?

I say leave it |

| | | | Thanks. I guess it does sound pretty cool.
I think everyone gets a little self-concious about their playing every once in a while.

I keep the action a little higher on my "E" string than the rest just so it wont buzz too bad. I tend to play it a little harder than the others. |

| | bassist for staind | | | | | nice tone ! but i think once you add drums and guitar to a track, it will cover up that nice metallic sound and you will need more of it.
