Alain Caron R U OK?

I was just watching some NAMM videos and I came across a clip of Alain Caron http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tyIfc...eature=related I noticed about 00:15 into the video Mr. Caron removes his left hand from the neck and twisted his hand and made a fist...I hope this is not a sign of carpal tunnel!
